1,000 More Jobs Downtown Hamilton
After listening to last week’s podcast with Steve Kulakowsky, this latest news should come at no surpris
e as Steve’s company Core Urban Inc. has created attractive and interesting office, commercial, retail and restaurant spaces hence attracting companies, jobs, and tenants to the downtown. Have you heard of the movie Hotel Transylvania? Well the sequel is being produced by one of Steve’s commercial tenants and their 130 something employees.  Great news for the Hamilton and downtown economy!

From the positive feedback pouring in, listeners are letting me know how inspired they are and how even though Steve has done many interviews, they did not know his back story on how he got started. Steve shares a plethora of lessons, helpful and can be applied by investors new and old.

“That marks the biggest increase since the survey began in 2011. And it’s a vast increase over 2015, when there were 195 new downtown jobs.â€
“The largest growth was in the “professional/scientific” category with 950 new jobs.â€
Hopefully folks in this category make good income to afford good rent and push real estate prices up!
