Excellent REIN meeting on Tuesday night. My night started at dinner with some old friends: Quentin Dsouza, the president of the Durham REI club and the 2012 Renovator of the Year Todor Yordanov. Two brilliant investors and people from which I picked up some great lessons and tips that I will be sharing at our Inner Circle meeting on Feb 24th. If you would like to join us for dinner before the next REIN meeting on March 14 at the Pearson Convention Center, we usually meet at Kwality Sweets just west of the PCC at 2150 Steeles Ave E, Brampton.
At the meeting, I had some great conversations with new members and old. New investors who are getting their heads around how to buy their first property and old investors who are working developing land to build an new house or two or a 70 unit condo building or their eighth investment property and receiving their silver pin 🙂
