Hello Real Estate Investors in Hamilton Ontario!!
As some of you already know, I have a presentation on the topic of Hamilton at the Real Estate Investment Networks meeting on the July 7th. Sooo, I’ll be going underground for awhile to research and work on my presentation and unfortunately no regular post this week but I don’t leave you all with nothing including all of you lovely new people who signed up after learning about www.MrHamilton.ca by reading this week’s feature on a young Hamilton entrepreneur (here’s the feature in case you missed it).
Without further ado, here is the video interview:
Thanks to Andrew C Macdonald of http://www.andrewcmacdonald.com where Andrew blogs about everything on real estate investing, the business of real estate investing and life. He’s even written a terrific series on how to start a blog, you should all check it out! Unfortunately Andrew is a KWC investor but we won’t hold that against him since we Hamilton investors are some of the nicest folks around. I’m sure he’ll come around soon enough like several former KWC investors I’ve been speaking too 🙂
The video is a 9 minute very high level overview, my initial meetings with new clients where I take a highlighter to a map to point out infrastructure improvements, locations of job growth, and neighbourhoods I target for investment property takes almost an hour. If that is something that interests you please let me know.
Hope Than Helps! Till next time – happy investing everyone!!

Hi Erwin,
Thanks for posting our interview for all of your readers (or now viewers) to see.
When I was first selecting a city for investment, Hamilton and KWC were my final two. Being a Laurier grad I was more familiar with KWC and thought it would be easier to get partners to work with me in the Tech Triangle.
But, given all of the positive press Hamilton has been getting as Ontario’s #1 town and the great cash flow opportunities, I am starting to regain my interest in the area.
