Hello Real Estate Investors in Hamilton Ontario!!
Remember when I posted about Major Employers Coming?? Â Well I was driving on Stone Church near Pritchard with a REIN and RSIC member client and what did I see? Â A
parking lot full of Bell service vehicles, somewhere around 40-60 of them and a large building behind it being constructed. Just a steel frame so far but doors are supposed to open this December for this mail distribution facility. Â Why do you as investors care? Â Because unlike the masses, real estate is not about location, location, location but rather jobs, jobs, and more JOBS!!
So next time you’re in the area, check it out!! Â Where? Â Just south of where the Red Hill and Link meet. Â Gee golly wh
at a great location! Â Eight minutes away from the 403 or QEW! Makes a lot of sense to me and Canada Bread.
Speaking of Canada Bread, a REIN member emailed me this after reading my post…
” Hi Erwin,
I wanted to let you know that we have just rented our 2nd property in Hamilton, & we got a lot of calls from people moving into the city as they had obtained employment in Hamilton — in particular, we received 2 calls from people moving from Windsor! We also got a call from someone who just started p/t at Canada Bread, & expects to get a f/t position within a few months.
All this is very exciting, so I just wanted to share this with you! Thanks Erwin.”
Thanks Anita!  In-migration due to jobs you say?  Love it!  And I imagine you Hamilton real estate investors are loving it too.
