Hello Everyone Investing in Hamilton Real Estate!!
Great seeing several of you at today’s Rock Star Inner Circle members’ event. It’s always great being in a room full of action takers and I always enjoy catching up with our clients. If you didn’t already know, we have the best clients.
Last night, we got an accepted offer for Victor on a McMaster student rental and this being Victor’s first student rental, him being a busy out of town professional with a family, I asked Rock Star Rui if he was available for hire to fill the property and you know what Rui said? “No, he does not have to pay me. I’ll show him how to do it and I’ll even go to the showings if I’m around. I wish someone showed how to fill a property when I started.” Almost brought a tear to my eye.
Knowledge Sharing and support has to be the best part of being a member Mr. Hamilton’s Inner Circle so as long as everyone is getting value, we’ll keep hosting them every month. Out committment to our members from My team and I is will bring it every time. But now and again, after working so hard we need time for R&R and last year, Cherry and I took off for six weeks of vacation in total in 2012.

Here’s a clip of our “Tuk Tuk” taxi ride back to the hotel from the party district Patong in Phuket. The taxi is a glorified three wheel motorcycle with bench seats in the back (and no seat belts). This particular tuk tuk had a club like music and lighting system. Check it out 🙂
For our next trip, we’re planning on vacationing in the Riviera Maya, Mexico. No its not a boring resort beach vacation, the local SCUBA dive sites offer shark and cave diving. Everyone wish Cherry luck in passing her SCUBA certification course and jumping into the literal deep end 🙂
Hope you all have already planned out your vacation for the year. If you want to know anything about Thailand or Hong Kong let me know. If you need help planning an itinerary then you’ll have to speak to Cherry. I just show up with foreign cash and my passport at the airport and ask where I’m going.
