Hello Everyone with Real Estate Investments in Hamilton Ontario!!
Contrary to what some political leaders are saying, job growth in Hamilton is near the top in the province and the country!!  Yes, Hamilton has lost 10’s of thousands of jobs in the steel sector with the demise of Stelco, but one only needs to look at their neighbour, the Arcelor Mittal-Dofasco, to know steel manufacturers can be successful.  Stelco failed for a multitude of reasons: poor labour relations, lack of innovation and capital investment, and low demand for their products.  That’s just business, not government.
New employment numbers point to growth in Hamilton
The Hamilton area’s unemployment rate is lower than both the provincial and national averages and has seen a hefty decrease since last year, according to new numbers from Workforce Planning Hamilton.
[Hamilton’s] unemployment rate at 5.3 per cent… that’s below Canada’s unemployment rate at 6.8 per cent and Ontario’s unemployment rate at 6.3 per cent
Re: the manufacturing sector:
Though not the monolith it once was at 13 per cent of the total workforce, Hamilton’s manufacturing sector also grew by 14 per cent comparing July, 2015 to the same month in 2014.

Five Years of Investing

Thank you again to our guests: Evelyn, John and James for sharing how everyday, single income, middle class, ambitious individuals can apply simple investment strategies (that our team executes on a daily basis) to increase their net worth by 200k-450k by starting 5-6 years ago, slowly adding to their portfolios each year. No crazy, get rich quick schemes, each property they own provides positive cash flow, no flipping or major renovation projects, just nice houses in nice neighbourhoods to attract nice tenants.
Imagine what having 5-10 properties will do over the next five years. Â For each of our guests, that means options. For Evelyn, her husband will be able to give up his day job to focus on the (future) kids. Â John, he loves his job, his real estate will fund more luxury during his retirement years and pay for his future kids to attend post-secondary school. James, he too loves his job and his real estate will fund an early retirement and more $$ than he’ll know what to do with when retired.
FYI 46% of investors are worried they will outlive their savings. Â I refuse to be one of them so I make the choice to save, work hard, invest and get ahead today.
