Hello Everyone with Real Estate Investments in Hamilton, Ontario!!
This past Saturday we hosted over 40 Hamilton real estate investors and one Durham investor named Quentin D’Sousa, a former teacher and now full time real estate investor who authors books on renovating and property management. Quentin is an expert on wrapping his investments into business systems so they become truly passive and he was sharing his secrets to all who attended. Thanks to everyone who attended! Based on the feedback, it was well worth your Saturday morning.
Robin, my daughter, was on hand as usual taking notes since she too is an investor who started at three months old. Â She knows how important early retirement is to her parents, with the rising costs of university tuition and how difficult it is for first time buyers to save up down payments.
Here’s an article on the importance of investing early which is more important than how much one invests: How Teens Can Become Millionaires. If all works out, by the time Robin is 18, the cash flow from her one property alone will pay for university and post graduate school and leaving more than enough equity for a down payment on a home. This is big news Hamilton investors but remember, this is an announcement only, things can change between now and when shovels hit the ground but if you have two properties to choose from, one is close to an LRT stop and one is not, all else being equal, I think you know which to choose.
Thank you for reading and Happy Hamilton Real Estate Investing, Everyone!
