Hello Real Estate Investors!
Wow! What a great way to kick off 2013! The smiling faces of our successful clients and spending time with like minded folks who want the most in life: most return on their money and living life without regrets. What a great way to start the year!! This is so much better than when a family member of mine told me over the holidays she didn’t care about me collecting first and last month’s rent and signing a tenant to a lease! LOL We had another full room and had to bring in extra chairs even though we had at least 10 people cancel due to the flu that everyone seems to be getting (get well soon everyone!).
Here’s just some of the feedback we’ve been receiving:
“Great meeting. (Presentations) were really good… You spoke confidently up there” ~ Mike Gillespie, of http://www.happyhealthyandwise.me/
“Great networking with your other investors. Met some great people… there is a different vibe vs (another RE networking group). I much prefer it for networking, good format. Schedule allowing you will definiey see at the next one. good location too.” ~ Tony, Hamilton investor
“Hey Erwin – thanks for organizing the meeting. Always great to chat with other investors – always learning something along the way so definitely worthwhile.” ~ Justin the Rock Star Investor
“Good work! Intimate setup was good and awesome wealth of knowledge packed in that room. Looking forward to the next one!” ~ Andy Tran, Hamilton investor, Manager – Carson Dunlop (One of the most respected home inspection companies)
“Good event Saturday. It’s good to be in a room of like-minded people. Your breakout sessions are good because many events don’t focus on that and your mini-group structure is good because it forces the shyer people to come out of their shell.  It’s actually fun to hear all the intros and stories and burning questions.
I remember (Mr. X) telling the story how he joined another real estate group and for one year, sat in the sidelines, was shy and barely talked to anyone. It is only when you start talking, networking and asking for help, then you get some momentum toward your investing goal. I remember myself being shy, and once I got my team together, then it really got going! I am thinking your meetings could be very helpful for such people.” Aneta from http://mymortgagesherpa.com/
To Aneta’s point, I too was shy when I was a novice and didn’t know anyone and felt I had nothing to share. Today, I’m the exact opposite, I do public speaking and I assist the media, I’m a leader in the investment community, and coach investors on how to invest in real estate. I have coached numerous investors who are on the right track to their Belize but don’t take it from me. You can ask people the people above how it is to work with my team, how their investments are doing and the support they receive from us. Feel free to even ask us about our own investments and investment strategy (which is no different than our clients), we’re more than happy to help you model your own investing after ours and leverage the same teams and systems.
Till next time – Happy Investing Everyone!
