Hello real estate investors in Hamilton, Ontario!
If you haven’t had a chance to check out the recently renovated Hamilton Central Library you definitely should. It’s just more proof of the gentrification going on in downtown Hamilton.

Very nice, clean, modern looking. Who wouldn’t want to buy their fresh, local produce from here?
