Just a quick note to say thank you for being part of an amazing 2015 that includes:
the birth of our second child, Bruce, and he’s already sleeping through the night 🙂

we will have provided holiday dinners to 400 families in need, including over 1,100 children

Not to diminish the award, this is a milestone and the product of good work, however winners never rest on their laurels. We celebrated last night and will celebrate again this weekend and next, but as a sophisticated investor knows, winter is an advantageous time for investors looking to buy so, together, lets get a jump start on making 2016 your greatest year ever.

Erwin has owned and still owns numerous investment properties: single family, renovate and hold, multi-family, multi-family conversion, and student housing. He left his corporate job at “Big Blue†to pursue his passion as an entrepreneur in investment real estate.
